Reservations can only be made online on the New York Café's ’s website. We are unable to process new reservations over the phone or in person. You can modify an existing reservation via email at newyorkcafe.reservation@cafeandevent.eu.

It is advisable to make your reservation 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

You will find the necessary link for cancellation in the confirmation email you received for your reservation.

Usually, the waiting time is shortest in the early morning (07:00-09:00) and late evening (22:00-00:00). The longest wait can be expected between 09:00 and 14:00.

There is a sign at the café entrance that directs guests with reservations. Those with a reservation do not need to join the queue.

Yes, you need to inform our hostesses, and they will assist you.

There isn't one, but we notice that a good portion of our guests prefer to arrive elegantly, which we greatly appreciate. Please dress appropriately for the spirit of the venue and avoid flip-flops and tank tops.

If you are arriving with a reservation, it is definitely worth noting it in the comment section. If you are arriving without a reservation, please notify your waiter.

If you notify us and order a pastry from the café's menu for the birthday person, we will bring it out with a "Happy Birthday" sign and a candle (either from the café or brought by you), and we will congratulate the celebrated person upon serving. Additionally, we have an 8-slice birthday cake that is always available and does not require pre-ordering. Please inform your waiter which option you would like to choose.

We can only allow service dogs with official documentation in. Please leave your four-legged friends at home when you visit us!

There is no dedicated area for luggage in the café, however you can safely bring a small suitcase and keep it next to your table. For large luggage, we ask that you place it in a location suggested by our staff for the duration of your visit.

Unfortunately, due to the increased number of guests, we cannot split the bill. Furthermore, please notify us in advance of any other billing requirements, such as a VAT invoice.

Yes, it is possible to pay with a Szép Card. In addition, you can pay on-site with cash or with VISA, AMEX, MAESTRO, MASTER, UNIONPAY bank cards.

Our breakfast selection is available every day from 7:00 to 11:00. Between 11:00 and 12:00, you can only choose from our desserts. À la carte dining is available from Monday to Wednesday from 12:00 to 23:00. And from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 00:00. Our beverage and dessert selection is available during the entire opening hours.

Unfortunately, free parking is not available. The covered parking lot of the Anantara New York Palace Hotel is accessible from Osváth Street, which you can pay for at the NH Hotel reception. Additionally, there are parking spaces on the surrounding streets, for which you can purchase a parking ticket from the nearby parking meters.

Live piano music can be heard from Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 to 23:00 and from Thursday to Sunday from 8:00 to 00:30. During the piano’s breaks, the Gypsy band plays for 15 minutes every hour between 10:00 and 21:00 every day.
