A great environment for elite gatherings! The Anantara New York Palace Budapest boasts some of the most inspiring surroundings, with modern Renaissance-style spaces for everything from high-tech exhibitions and film shoots to gala dinners and fashion shows.
Designed by the interior architect Iosa Ghini, the New York Palace’s modern conference centre has a separate entrance and can host up to 690 guests in its interconnecting rooms. The main 'Rome' conference room has a capacity of 550 people, which can be used to connect two other venues, Prague and Venice, both ideal for up to 70-70 people. The rooms are equipped to modern technological standards.
With direct access from the hotel, an additional conference area – elegantly designed with wood panelling, and also featuring the latest in technology – can host up to 225 guests in its four interconnecting rooms.
The Vivaldi Room can accommodate 80-100 people; the three adjacent rooms can hold up to 20-50 people each. One of these rooms and the separate foyer can be used for more intimate, private events.
The elegant and modern Rossini room can host up to 160 guests in ideal surroundings for a cocktail party.
There is also a VIP lounge mainly designed for press conferences, creative meetings or private dining.
Rooms
ROME
The 440 sqm Rome Room is situated on the first floor of the hotel. It is an unforgettable place to accommodate large-number conferences, also perfect venue for gala dinners, fashion shows and other creative events. Its interior design, 5 m ceiling height and special fittings make it extremely original. The specially designed wooden, marble and textile covered surfaces give the exclusive atmosphere of the room. The Rome Hall is connectible with the Venice and Prague Rooms - both with daylight -, enlarging the seating capacity up to 600 people. Built-in sound system, 2 built-in projectors and screens are available in this room. Our large elevators help to lift even cars onto the first floor.

VENICE / PRAGUE
Separate small section seats are recommended on the left and right sides of the Rome room. Interior design solutions, namely our Prague and Venice rooms with natural light. With seating in rows, we can accommodate 70-70 people in both rooms. The interior design of the halls is in the style of the Rome hall. Integrated sound, projector and screen can be provided in both rooms.

ROME FOYER
In front of the Rome Room there is a 3-floor high Foyer as well with a floor to ceiling window. The 770 sqm second-floor hanging corridor provides additional space for extension of coffee breaks, exhibitions or other activities.

VIVALDI
The Vivaldi room is located on the first floor, right above the New York Café. This room is connected to the Verdi, Puccini and Bellini rooms by direct doors and also a foyer. The Vivaldi room is designed with using Earth colours, the recurrence of beige and brown shades. The room has natural light along the longer side. This room is convenient for up to 150 participants. Fitted stage and podium are provided for speakers, built-in screens and projectors are available. The leather walls ensure total darkness if required. With modern, muted earth tones, natural light and backlit panels, this space features a built-in stage ideal for seminars. Bellini, Verdi and Puccini can be combined for greater capacity. These rooms can also be used separately.

ROSSINI
The Rossini Room is located on the first floor and is the second largest room in the hotel, with a capacity of 150 people. The specially designed buffet and private lobby make the Rossini Room suitable for a variety of events with a unique atmosphere. Thanks to its modern technological equipment, it is suitable for a wide range of technical needs. It is a room with natural light, suitable for gala dinners, Christmas parties, conferences or even seated lunches. It is equipped with a built-in projection screen, projectors and, if necessary, can be completely blacked out using individual panels.

RED SALON
One of the most magnificent rooms in the New York Café is the Red Salon. It is also referred to as Lotz Room thanks to the original painting by Károly Lotz on its wall. Mostly exclusive dinners, lunches, press conferences, book presentations take place here.

PUCCINI / VERDI / BELLINI
The Puccini (39 sqm), Verdi (43 sqm) and Bellini (47 sqm) rooms are situated on the first floor of New York Palace. The Verdi and the Puccini rooms are located opposite to each other over the Foyer of the Vivaldi room. Both rooms are also directly accessible from the Vivaldi room through an interconnecting door. The rooms are decorated with modern wood and textile covers, and also fitted with projector and screen as well.
The Bellini room is also located on the first floor. The meeting room is specially designed with wooden side-walls, also fitted with projector and screen. Natural light is available in this room, but complete darkness is also possible. There is also a separate, private foyer belonging to this room. The room is interconnecting with the Vivaldi room.
