The Interest-Free Restart Quick Loan Programme is funded from REACT-EU resources as part of the EU’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and its primary aim is therefore to mitigate the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and its economic consequences, and to support preparations for post-pandemic operations.
